How to subscribe
It takes under a minute. You’ll need an account (so you can manage your subscription), and you pay by card.
Add your items to the cart
Pick your products and quantities as usual — choose the vial size you want and press Add to cart.
Whatever is in your cart is what we’ll repeat, so add everything you want in each delivery.
At checkout, choose Subscribe & Save
On the checkout page you’ll see Buy it Now or Subscribe & Save. Pick Subscribe & Save, then choose how often you want your delivery:

Pay by card — your first order ships now
Pay for today’s order by card. Your first delivery goes out straight away, and we securely save the card (with our payment provider, Stripe) for your later deliveries.
Each repeat order is created at the current price and charged on its date. You’ll get an order confirmation every time.
Manage it from your account
Go to My account → Subscribe & Save to skip a delivery, change how often it arrives, change quantities, update your address or card, pause it, or cancel.
Everything is one click, and there’s no minimum term.

Questions
How much do I save?
Subscribe & Save takes 5% off every order on your subscription, including your first. It’s applied automatically at checkout and on each repeat delivery.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from My account → Subscribe & Save whenever you like, with no fee. Cancelling stops all future deliveries, and nothing else is charged.
How does the stock reservation work?
For every active subscription we set aside the stock for each delivery due in the next 4 weeks. A weekly subscription of 1 × RT20 holds 4; fortnightly holds 2; every 4 or 8 weeks holds the next one as it comes within 4 weeks. Reserved stock isn’t available to other customers, so your delivery is protected.
When am I charged?
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, each repeat order is created and charged to your saved card on its delivery date, at current prices. We email you 5 days before.
Can I skip a delivery or change what I get?
Yes — skip the next delivery, change the quantities, or change how often it arrives (1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks) from your account.
What if a payment fails?
We’ll email you and try again automatically. If it still doesn’t go through, we pause your subscription so nothing else is charged — update your card and it restarts.
Can I use a promo code?
No — promo codes cannot be used with Subscribe & Save, as the subscription discount is applied instead. Choose Buy it Now if you’d rather use a code on a one-off order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card, so we can charge your later deliveries automatically. Pay by Bank and other methods are available for one-off orders using Buy it Now.
