3. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (GMT/BST) on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after noon, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
4. Packaging
- Where necessary, lyophilised peptides are shipped with appropriate cold packs — not all peptides require cold-pack inclusion and this is assessed on a per-product basis.
- All orders are shipped in insulated packaging where cold storage is required for the specific products ordered.
- Vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent breakage in transit.
- Outer packaging is fully discreet — no product descriptions or branding visible externally.
- A Certificate of Analysis is included digitally with every order confirmation.
5. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.
