⚠ Important: We Cannot Accept Returns
Due to the nature of our products — pharmaceutical-grade research peptides requiring strict cold-chain storage — RS Bio Labs is unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all customers. Please read this policy in full before placing an order.

1. Why We Cannot Accept Returns

We stand fully behind the quality and purity of every product. In the rare event you believe you have received a product that does not meet the purity stated on the accompanying Certificate of Analysis (COA), we will investigate and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement vial.

Quality concerns result in a replacement only — not a refund. Replacements are issued at RS Bio Labs' sole discretion following investigation. This process does not constitute a return.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us via Telegram or email within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no charge.

RS Bio Labs cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please verify your delivery details before placing your order.

5. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged — for example a broken vial or compromised packaging — photograph the damage immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Do not use any product from a damaged shipment.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once processed and dispatched from our facility, an order cannot be cancelled and this policy applies in full. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact us immediately via Telegram.

7. Statutory Rights

Research peptides supplied by RS Bio Labs are sold as research compounds for laboratory use only and are not sold as consumer goods for personal use. As such, standard consumer return rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing as a researcher or institution, not as a consumer for personal use.

8. Our Quality Commitment

Every product we supply is third-party tested to ≥99% purity and ships with a Certificate of Analysis. We take quality seriously and stand behind every batch. If something is genuinely wrong with a product, we want to know and we will put it right through our quality concern process above.
