Delivery to Ireland is a flat €12 on every order, with a €100 minimum order (products only, shipping not included). Every parcel is dispatched from our UK lab and sent fully tracked.

Important — Customs & Import Charges: Parcels are sent from the UK, so any import VAT, customs fees, duties or other charges applied by Irish customs or the carrier on arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. RS Bio Labs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that importing the ordered compounds complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Ireland. RS Bio Labs cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs processing.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3pm (GMT/BST) on business days are dispatched the same day, fully tracked. Orders placed after 3pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
3. Packaging
- Where necessary, lyophilised peptides are shipped with appropriate cold packs — not all peptides require cold-pack inclusion and this is assessed on a per-product basis.
- All orders are shipped in insulated packaging where cold storage is required for the specific products ordered.
- Vials are individually wrapped and secured to prevent breakage in transit.
- Outer packaging is fully discreet — no product descriptions or branding visible externally.
4. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply. RS Bio Labs cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout. Please verify your details before ordering.
